             Theme explanation: Deus ex vs Unreal tournament


             This theme incorporates the Tnag mod into deus ex by completely adding its weapon systems to the game. These weapons
are originaly from unreal tournament and were ported over by a development team who came out with a mod conversion of UT
for deus ex. The idea of this theme is to have both weapon systems side by side at each and every spawn point in the game. I chose
Tnag because it is the most balanced weapon mod out there. The others that I have tried completely blow away the DX weapons. Another
reason I came up with this server theme was because of the demand that players originaly had when the Tnag server converter was released, 
players love the DX and Tnag weapons but no one wanted to sacrifice te DX set for Tnag. I noticed the posibility that through Tnag, game play
can be balanced in the sense that through its effect on the game no longer will over 2/3 of the weapons in deus ex be considered ballistic. 
More energy and plasma weapons are introduced and now players will have to make use of the energy shield, emp shield and environmental 
protection augs. 

              Out of all the weapon mods in deus ex, Tnag is my favorite and if this becomes popular I will upgrade and use the Altfire mod in the
server which was also released by hejhujka. Thank you for the mod hejhujka =)


        Contents of this package

        The five basic maps we all love so much of A51bunker, silo, CMD, cathedral and smuggler have been re edited for use with this mod. All maps
to this theme will have DXvsUT in place of DXMP and I will try and convert as many maps as possible. Of course I only take credit for re editing the
maps. I do not take credit for creating the original maps, nor do I take credit for Tnag. I have also included HejHujka's Tnag in here as well. Below
are the installation guidelines for Tnag and the maps.

         Within the zip file this read me came in, there is a file called Tnag.U, This file goes in the following place

                 C://Deus ex/System     (It must go in here so you can play) 

               In the same folder (C://Deus ex/system) there is a file called Deusex.Ini......open that file with notepad

           In order to host, you must do the following

            On the bottom of  [DeusEx.DeusExGameEngine] (before the next category) write the following line

                       ServerPackages=Tnag  and hit enter (so that there is one blank line between both categories when you are done)

                      Doing this will force everyone to DL tnag from you who doesnt have it and in all maps (even regular DXMP maps) so be careful.

        Second,

                    In [Editor.EditorEngine] you must add the following line at the end

                     EditPackages=Tnag   (and again hit enter so that there is one free line seperating both categories)

                      you may copy and paste these if you like into the deusex.ini         

                     In order to summon weapons, you must have both of these entries.....If you dont care about hosting the mod, you will still need
                     the EDITPACKAGES entry so that a map may recognize Tnag as a mod that is being used.


      To install the maps you must first take the five maps and put them in the following folder C://Deus ex/Maps

       Then you must find  the [DeusEx.dxmaplist] category and in the next empty space you must type in the full name
       of the map as it appears in the Maps folder. Example

       Maps[0]=DXvsUT_Silo

            The line below must be free after the final map is added.

           About map size

        Most players put in a number in parenthesis that tells you as a reference as to how many people can play the map before it becomes crowded. I 
        don't use a personel count, I use a relative size meaning I add in small, medium, large or Xlarge....Use your judgement, I will include them in
       the maps explanation below, but first let me explain how to fill in the map size. Look above where it reads Maps=[0], do you see that number?

        you must fill in the map size (bracket them with parenthesis) with the matching number meaning that it would look like this:

      MapSizes[0]=(medium)     (silo is a medium map)

          After all of this is done please save.

       When you are at the game setup screen for your server, the map display should read like this if done correctly

       DXvsUT_Silo          (Medium)

        
         I will now explain what I did in each map to balance gameplay and to have fun. All maps have the UT(Tnag weapons) in the spawnzones, 
side by side with the deus ex weapons, so now there are more weapons in the game. Each map has Tnag weapon ammo incorporated into it, twice the
firepower, twice the tanking. I have also hidden the railguns and there is a nuke in CMD if you know where to get it.

       Here is what I have done to individual maps

       Smuggler: smuggler has more ammo now for UT weapons and I put in a medkit near the remote spawnpoint because one of the spawnpoints is near
       (small)   a medbot. The middle of the room is still the major area to finding tanking weapons, but I hid 2 railguns away from the middle so 
                    people can not camp the middle of the map and both sides have the same 1 hit or explosion kill vulnerability. I also added a medkit
                    next to the ammocrate, have fun everyone!

       Area51bunker: Here I added all of the ammo as well, but to balance gameplay I added stuff behind the lockpicked door in A51 hanger 
          (Medium)     including a second LAM because elsewhere near spawnzones (or inside) in team deathmatch they are gathered in pairs. you'll
                            see what I mean. the COMM building is armed to the teeth, but don't worry, one needs to have the weapons to use them and 
                            no one can have all the weapons at once for the ammo so players are still vulnerable.

      Cathedral: I added a LAM and V20mm under the water somewhere to counter the campers on the top of the map, now players on the bottom
       (X-Large)  of the map may have a better chance against those on the top of the map. The energy rifles and gravity rifles hit the turrets for an
                     emp attack so now players can not hide behind turrets, I also added more EMP granades and gas granades to provide cover when
                     sniping.

             Silo: I made the room with the table more realistic, It doenst look boring now! I added the ammo and tried to evenly distribute things
      (Medium) silo didnt have any gameplay problems and was the most balanced out of the 5 basic maps.

        CMD: In order to counter the LAW rockets, 2 HE20mm ammo boxes and the LAM which are in adjacent rooms, I added a V20mm ammo 
     (Large)   behind the lockpicked window so now players have a LAM, a biocell and V20mm ammo to counter the insanity of the CMD complex.
                 Players will still have to rely on the cover and 2 medbots outside against the straight forwardness of the interior. That concept remains 
                 the same. I also made the COMM building more realistic. You'll see what I mean when you see it.

 
                For the last part I will add the Read me from HejHujka's Tnag mod so you may be able to summon and gain an explanation of the weapons
                contained within tnag.

This mod adds the following weapons:

Energy (Shock) Rifle - Shock and EMP the target. Can be also very useful against
robots, cameras turrets and for negating an enemy player's
bioelectricity in Multi-player. This weapon has two firing modes. You can change the firing 
mode by pressing the "scope" button.

Firing modes:

1. The energy rifle fires instanthit energy beam, which shock and emp the target.
2. The energy rifle fires large, slow moving energy balls, which explodes
on contact causing shock damage.

Biorifle - Fires sticky globs of green goo that explode on contact with
living matter. Two modes.

tnag.ammobio - A sticky glob of goo. Explodes on contact, momentarilly
causing poison damage.

tnag.ammosuperbio - Fires a huge glob of goo. Explodes on contact, but
if it hits the ground it will burst into several smaller blobs.

Blade Launcher - Fires slicing blades that cause an enormous ammount of
damage on contact. Can be fitted with two types of blade.

tnag.ammoblade - Fires a circular slicing blade that can kill an enemy
if aimed correctly.

Enforcer - A vicious sub-machinegun. Lethal when aimed at the torso or

Devastator - To put it lightly, a nuke you can carry around. Features a
huge "Wash zone" of radiation, a large area of fire at ground zero, and
an electrical emission.

SEMP Grenade - Stun Electro Magnetic Pulse grenade. Will both stun the
enemy and rob him of his bio-electric energy. Nasty.

EMP Prod - A small prod that emp and stun the target. Useful for
disabling robots and cameras and also for negating an enemy player's
bioelectricity in Multi-player. Do quite a bit of extra stun damage
when the Combat Strenght aug is on.

9mm Beretta - A pistol with a silencer which can be activated or
disactivated by pressing the "scope" button.

Modes:

Normal fire: When the "scope" is off, the silencer is also off. Causes more
damage but also more noise with good accuracy. 

Silenced fire: When the "scope" is on, the silencer is also on. The silencer
causes the bullet to have less velocity and therefore does less damage with 
100% accuracy, but enemies are less likely to hear it.

Gravity Rifle - This is a 3rd modification of the popular gravity rifle.
Now the gravity rifle work correctly in Multi-Player too.

Automatic Shotgun - A modified vesrion of the standart Assault Shotgun 
with rapid rate of fire and new type of ammunition.

ammosabot - the shotgun fires a powerful sabot shell at a medium rate of fire.
The sabot shell also can be very useful against robots.
